- A non-destructive inspection may not be sufficient; a localised opening or a further assessment may be recommended.
- A diagnosis must be carried out before a repair is chosen; Dr Roof does not promise to use any specific equipment (such as drones, thermal imaging cameras or tracer gas) that has not been confirmed in your case file.
