Data collected
Through the service request form and direct contact, we may process identity and contact details, service address, problem description, preferred priority, access information, uploaded photos, contact preferences, consent choices and limited technical data (timestamps and anti-spam checks).
Purposes
- Process and follow up your service request (pre-contractual measures).
- Contact you through your selected method.
- Secure the website and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- Provide maintenance advice only where you have given separate marketing consent.
Photos
Limit photos to the roof and affected area. Avoid including people or private items unless necessary. Images are optimised in the browser before submission (maximum total size after optimisation: 3.8 MB); additional photos may be sent via WhatsApp.
Recipients
Authorised Ponos Group staff, email infrastructure providers (where configured) and the internal Ponos OS system (secure webhook, where configured). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to process the request, provide commercial and administrative follow-up and meet applicable legal obligations. A detailed retention schedule must be legally validated before production.
Your rights
