Roofing emergencies — Brussels-Capital Region
Brussels City is home to a concentration of investment properties, communal courtyards and technical roofs. A leak may affect several storeys; access to the roof or stairwell must be clarified at the very first point of contact.
If there is an electrical risk, a bulging ceiling, falling material, a structural risk or danger to people, keep away from the area and contact the appropriate emergency services first. Dr Roof is not a public emergency service.
Please specify the area (city centre, Laeken, etc.), possible times for gaining access to a courtyard, and any relevant contact details for the property management company. A cargo bike may be useful for some journeys, but not for accessing the roof itself.
Zinc-clad terraces, skylights and cornices are common; the visible point of origin on the ceiling may be some distance from the point of entry on the roof.
Telephone reception: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Staff are normally available from 09:00 to 16:00. Outside those hours, AI-assisted telephone reception can collect initial information and direct your request.
You can request express (24 hours), urgent (48 hours) or standard (72 hours) priority. These are requested priority levels and are never guaranteed before confirmation. The stated response times depend on availability, site access and weather conditions.
Urgent weekend service may be possible depending on availability. A surcharge may apply, and availability must be confirmed.
A tarpaulin or temporary protection can limit damage when wind, rain or access prevents an immediate permanent repair. It is not equivalent to a lasting repair.
The permanent repair depends on the assessment (tile, membrane, zinc, gutter, etc.) and conditions on the roof. A second visit or favourable weather may be required.
Analysis on site or remotely, depending on the situation: location, condition of the surfaces and causes of water ingress.
Targeted work or temporary measures when access, weather and safety conditions allow.
A summary of findings, useful photos and priorities for what comes next — without any promise of overall watertightness.
When the situation allows, you receive a structured summary covering the findings, work completed or temporary measures, and recommendations for what comes next.

Our team is ready to help and arrange a service call, subject to confirmation based on availability, access and weather conditions.
